?? Now Hiring: Staff Accountant (6-Week Leave Coverage)

?? Location: Concord, CA - 100% Onsite
?? Anticipated Start Date: March 2nd
?? Pay Rate: $36-$45/hour (DOE)
? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Our client in the development industry is seeking a reliable and sharp Staff Accountant to support their accounting team during a 6-week leave. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an onsite, detail-oriented environment and can step in with confidence from day one.


?? What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing sales journals and cost of sales entries
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Working heavily with paper-based processes
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel to build and manage workbooks (formulas required)
  • Supporting daily accounting tasks within a fast-paced team

? Top Skills We're Looking For

  1. Yardi software experience (required)
  2. Background in the development industry
  3. Strong accounting fundamentals - sales journal, cost of sales, bank recs

Bonus: Exposure to TrueLine (not required)


?? Experience Needed

  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment with printed documentation
  • Comfortable stepping into a short-term role and contributing immediately
